I haven't seen the 260's on my scale for a LONNNNNGGG time!! So here I am, my last weigh in on June 11th I had gained 1.5 lbs in muscle, putting me at 271 from my previous 269.5 lbs. So this week at my weigh in this morning, I was at:
Present Weight: 268 lbs
Fat Mass: 141
Fat Free Mass: 127
TBW: 93 (This is Total Body Water- how many lbs is water)
Fat %: 52.7
BMI: 47.5
I am 5 lbs from my initial goal of losing the first 20 lbs, and that will bring me to my next blog, which is menu and my goals/rewards list. So this blog will be relatively short, and oh,,I hope to have the video blog out by tonight! :)
